Terms and Conditions

1. To book your reservation and spot, a 100% deposit is paid in full by PayPal due upon registration. The bank fees are not included in the cost of the retreat and will be charged the additional, as relevant for each institution.

2. The retreat payment is non refundable, we highly recommend that you get travel insurance that covers the cost of your retreat.
a. In case of cancellation, you can reschedule your retreat within a two year period.
b. If you are not able to come to the center, you may transfer your deposit to someone else (friend, family member, etc.) at no additional cost.
c. In case of any medical issues – not previously disclosed – which are deemed unsafe to combine with ayahuasca, you will not be issued a refund. So please, if you have any physical or psychological medical conditions; or if you are taking any medication, let us know before making a booking to avoid inconveniences.

3. In case of a last minute registration, while you’re already in Cusco, for example, the full balance due is to be paid BEFORE starting your retreat.

4. If one must leave the Center, before their reserved stay is over, no full or partial refunds will be credited. The guest leaving is responsible for transportation back to the city.

5. Etnikas Healing Center staff reserves the right to send anyone home at any time at our discretion.

6. We do not share personal or contact information between guests without the explicit permission of the guest. We will not share or post any photos or videos of one without their approval.

7. If one is deemed medically unsafe (i.e. recent prescriptions taken that are contraindicated with MAOIs), we reserve the right to withhold any ceremonies happening at the Center.

8. We reserve the right to not accept guests at the discretion of Etnikas Healing Center staff.
