Location: Manu National Park, Madre de Dios, Peru
Note: Please check our availability calendar before making your reservation.
Experience a unique journey into the heart of the Peruvian Amazon within Manu National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most biodiverse places on Earth. Surrounded by pristine rainforest, this seven-day retreat has been thoughtfully designed for those seeking personal growth, self-discovery, and a profound connection with nature.
Please email us a scanned copy and bring to Cusco a medical clearance letter from your physician confirming that you are in good physical and mental health. This document is required to participate in the retreat. If you are unable to provide this letter, you will be required to undergo a medical evaluation with our physician in Cusco on the day your retreat begins. This medical examination is available for an additional fee of US$50. If you need this service, please contact our team in advance so we can assist you with the arrangements. If you have any physical or psychological medical condition, or if you are currently taking any prescription medication, please inform us before booking your retreat. Participants 50 years of age or older are required to complete a cardiac stress test (exercise stress test). This test may be performed in your home country or in Cusco for an additional cost of US$55.
CUSCO – MANU NATIONAL PARK – CUSCO
How to Get Here: To reach our retreat center in Manu National Park, you must first fly to Cusco, Peru, usually via Lima International Airport (Jorge Chávez
International Airport). There are numerous daily flights between Lima (LIM) and Cusco (CUZ), operated by airlines such as LATAM Airlines, Sky Airline Peru, and JetSMART Peru. The flight takes approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. We recommend arriving in Cusco at least two days before the retreat begins to acclimatize to the altitude of Cusco. On the first day of the retreat, we will meet at Plaza Nazarenas in Cusco at 6:00 a.m. From there, our private transportation will depart toward the Amazon rainforest.
The journey to our retreat center is part of the experience itself. We travel by road through the majestic Andes and the cloud forest until reaching Atalaya Port, where we board a motorized boat that navigates the Madre de Dios River and then the Río Soga de Oro, leading us deep into the pristine rainforest of Manu National Park. Our retreat center is located in a remote and protected area of the Peruvian Amazon, surrounded by extraordinary biodiversity and accessible only by river. Because transportation is organized as a group, participants must arrive on time at the meeting point in Cusco. Once the group has departed, it is not possible to join the retreat until the next scheduled departure. If you have any questions regarding flights, accommodation in Cusco before the retreat, or travel arrangements, our team will be happy to assist you in planning your journey.
